The builder defect settlement is tentatively expected in the first quarter of 2008. The finance committee has prepared a settlement handling plan. The BOD and finance committee is preparing a plan for the final repair construction phase of the project. Details will be distributed to all homeowners once the plans are approved formally by the BOD at one of their meetings.
