Neighborhood link is in the process of upgrading the websites they offer. As part of the enhancements we will be able to post pdf files on the servers and anyone can download the files without having to email me for copies.

I hope that when they put that in place to be able to put pdf's of resolutions, ordinances, account balances and anything else that may be of interest to the residents of the Village.

I do not know when the changes will be made, but they are in the works. The more information (the correct information) that residents can access the better for the Village.

The Management Letter is a public record and I believe that everyone has the right to review the information. Why past Administrations did not share the information with everyone involved I cannot answer. I believe in an open government that everyone is entitled to get the information that they are seeking and get it in a timely manner.

The Management Letter does not verify everything that you have been claiming. And in review of what the Management Letter does report it mostly incriminates former Mayor Raylene Graves and not former Mayor Russolillo. That would be the same person that you ran for office with as a team.

The Management Letter is provided to the Village Administration to help them correct things that could help the Village run more smoothly. Many of the problems that have happened in the past the Village Council is blamed for allowing it to happen or for not putting policies in place to prevent abuse or misuse.

Case in point, the misuse of the Village cell phone by Former Mayor Raylene Graves. I believe that most people would believe that calling a casino is not the proper public use of a Village owned cell phone. But, because the Village did not have a detailed policy in place the misuse is allowed. A Cell Phone Use Policy is in committee currently and will be before Council for it's approval shortly. Where was the action by the former Councils? Again you were part of a council that did nothing but complain about things and never put a policy in place to prevent that which you had been complaining about.

There is little that the Village can do because of the past actions or inactions of Councils. We are striving now to prevent these problems from happening again.

Clear Up Some Points

Mr. Parrish said that he didn't know why the past adminstration did not share information of the Management Letter.

I shared in the past administration. The council did not get Managements Letter under Russolillo's administration since 1991. Ask them.

They were never told of post audit meetings. The only people who attended the meetings were Russolillo and Laura Hunt. Who attended, is stated in the audit reports.

Council did not even know there was such a letter until I was told by the auditor, when I was complainig of why council were never told, when they were doing the 1998-1999 audit. I asked why council never got a copy. He said they were always sent one. It appears someone took their mail!

You are right. The Letter does not verify ''everything'' I have said. They didn't address the insurance fraud or fraud in public projects. But they will!

Their Letter does not name Russolillo, but who was the mayor and clerks when O.R.C 731.13 was passed?

Who do you think checked into how the cell phone was being used? EVERYONE knew it was to be used for Village business. Who brought up paying back that money and the money paid to Kathy Graves? And the extra money paid to Shelly Cosgrove and Linda Stoner? I believe I wrote resolutions to that effect. YOU and rest of council threw them out!!!

There is something you aand council can do. File a complaint with the prosecutor.This is theft in office.

I don't care whom I ran with. If you do wrong once in office, you are guilty.
