At a Special Council Meeting held on December 27th the Council voted to appoint Jon McKitrick to the unexpired term of the seat vacated by the resignation of Councilwoman Rozena Davis.
Mr. McKitrick will fill the last two years of the term which expires December 31, 2007. Mr. McKitrick was sworn in at the meeting and will begin work at the next Council Meeting on January 9, 2006.
