VAI COVENANTS/BY-LAWS

All of our documents are contained within this web-site under Pages & Links. If you are a new or long-term resident of the Village, it is important that you are aware of and review all of our Covenants/Restrictions as well as the By-Laws. These are binding documents that you agreed to upon puchasing your home in the VAI. These regulations allow us to maintain our neighborhood in a first class manner.

Should you have any questions, please contact the Board members who are listed as contacts. Your president is Ms. Kathy Kraft. For ANY changes or improvements you wish to make to your property, please contact the Chair of the ACC, Ms. Sam Cortes listed in our contacts. You, of course, may also contact our professional Association Manager, Ms. Lisa Dory as well.

ALL CHANGES/IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL

Contact the ACC chair listed on this site (under contacts) to ensure that your 'project' is APPROVED before you begin work. This includes changes to exteriors/landscaping/signs or yard displays, basketbal hoops, fences, driveways, sidewalks and so on. If in doubt always inquire!
