Village at Inwood

WHAT'S NEW - NOVEMBER 2009

FALL FOLLIAGE:  We have planted two NEW gardens that flank the recreation center parking lot.  We are trying slowly to replant areas/trees that have been lost and not replaced over the years.   If you see other areas that require our attention please let us know!  In addition, our front flower garden is soon to be replaced with fall flowers by Horton Inc.

HOLIDAY LIGHTING:  This year we hope our lighting will look really spiffy.  You may see that there are multi-colored lights ALREADY strung at the top of the trees; soon the lower trees will then be wraped in clear lights.

WORTHINGTON DRAINAGE CULVERT:   The Board has selected Alamo Fence Company to enclose the drainage culvert area.  This will be a metal pronged fence set at the back of our property line, and will extend down into the culvert itself.  There will be no additional pedestrian gate.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROGRAM: Last month everyone received a letter with detailed information.  The deadline for signing up is the end of November. As of November 10th we have only 12 participatns out of a needed 80.

HALLOWEEN was great fun and thanks should go to Rhonda Steel for our Pot Luck.  Rhonda is our events coordinator and always goes above and beyond.

Contact Kathy Kraft /HOA Pres with any issues or suggestions you may have to make our neighborhood better.  We always need volunteers.   210-4922938 OR DKRAFT5@SATX.RR.COM .
