My husband and I are looking at houses in the Village of Oak Lake neighborhood and we were wondering if you all can give us a bit more information about VOL.
I hear VOL is not within city limits of Sugar Land. Does this mean you all have private companies who provide trash and water service? City police don't partrol so does the constable patrole or only come when called? Any HOA restrictions or rules such as loud music or fireworks? I ask becase we currenly live in an areas similar and we have neighbors playing unreasonably loud music and sets off fireworks during the holidays.
How active is your HOA and do they enforce rules such as curb appeal? Any information you can give me would be a big help. Thanks so much!
