I am writing this to address my concern with the upcoming summer season. 6 empty lots in the new section of Orchard hill are flooded. The run-off has flooded my back yard as well as my new neighbors. I have contacted Jack numerous times about this.He is no longer returning my calls. Gary promised me dirt would be brought in as soon as it is dry. It was dry last week before the lsat rain we had. HERE IS THE PROBLEM:

1) There is going to be a huge mosquito problem this summer. Pets, children and adults are in danger of disease.

2) Children playing in the area are in danger of drowning

3) We have already had to rescue 7 baby ducks from our basement window well...more wildlife is going to frequent these flooded lots.

4) The lack of drainage can cause oders.

PLEASE CONTACT LACROSSE HOMES AND ASK THEM TO FILL IN THESE LOTS. You may call and ask for Jack @ 800.732.9122 | p: 410.604.3701|

Please address these concerns to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Lacrosse home in any community. Lacrosse only wants to build new homes and make a quick buck. They are going to leave the neighborhood in distress and shambles. They do not care.

Call the City of Milford.  Lacrosse Homes is not responsible for the undeveloped lots.  Croll owns them untl they are bought.  Then Lacrosse homes builds the houses.

The town ordinance is that water sitting for more than 48 hours must be controlled.  The town will control the problem and bill the developer.  Same with the high grass.

I walked around and looked at the undevelped properties.  I see exactly what you are talking about

I called our councilman Irv Ambrose.  He will do the leg work and make sure that the properties will get maintained and mosquito control comes out.
