Cathy Pepper has been and continues to be instrumental in bringing safety and awareness to Villages of Woodland Springs through her ongoing contribution in Code Blue.

Since her involvement she has given of her family time, personal time, sleep, gas and energy to patrol and report suspicious activity or potential problems, day, night and weekends.

She has maintained a positive representation of VOWS with law enforcement and homeowners.

She continues to assist homeowners with guidance and questions pertaining to safety and directs our neighborhood concerns to PD.

Most importantly, she has continued Code Blue in VOWS which positively affects OUR neighborhood, property and families.

Cathy Pepper gives of herself for the betterment of the community and families. She is not seeking political aspirations, KISD appointment or better yet, community appointments. She is giving to our community because she WANTS EVERYONE safe.

Hats off to Cathy and Rick Pepper, because of them, our community crime has decreased.

Contrary to the insignificant, the neighborhood appreciates you (Cathy and Rick Pepper) and your participation in Code Blue!

So we ask?…
What is the integrity of person who would sit behind a computer and bash a SELFLESS servant of the community?
