Isn't it interseting that poor pittiful Robin is too sick to continue to be on the welcoming group but is well enough to kiss ass at city hall. Talk about two peas in a pod...I am also leading a group of concerned homeowners in obtaining the financial info from SBB and the HOA. I have an attorney who is advising me...I do not personally attack others...I AM proceeding with a slander case against SBB and Trina Kovar. I have the entire conversation legally recorded...I spent 6 hours in a heated conversation with Pauline and her husband. I also have this conversation recorded" CD1111

"I won't trust him (Kermit the Frog). He's in the same catagory as Ronni. Lots of talk but little action, especially when it comes to putting it on the line. No balls!...I spent 6 hours, yes 6 HOURS speaking with Pauline and her #%##@*& husband after they threatened to sue me on the website. I don't take that crap lightly. And, yes, I have the whole conversation recorded...I have been in constant contact with my attorney and am taking steps to gather further information. He suggested that we, "the bad apples" request to see ALL documents dealing with the HOA. Mr. Werley also provided me with the law and statutes that apply to this request.  With an email of 4 yeas and 5 nays of bringing this to the full membership it was decided that this not be brought forward to the full membership of the NFWA. Recommendation made to Colleen is for the Alliance to remain undecided on this issue. NFWA
