Villas At Northgate Neighbors

I've moved in recently and the property company has been unable to tell me where my mail box is.  As far as I could tell, the mail boxes do not correspond the the home address.  How am I to determine where my mailbox is and what number is for my condo?  I know this is very dumb, but as it is now my mailing address, I do need to know where it is.  Thanks for any help you can give.
