About your Association!
The Villas of Cobblestone Neighborhood Association was formed in May of 2000. Our common goal is to beautify and protect our neighborhood and work together to make the Villas of Cobblestone a place we are all proud to call ?“home?”.
Our neighborhood consists of approximately 150 town home units. Covenants and Restrictions that have been in effect since 1987 govern us.
Since May 2000 we have accomplished many things, such as:
*Held several Neighborhood Clean-ups
*Worked closely with Code Enforcement to ensure regular maintenance of the vacant lot
*Joined forces with SHADCO (Sheriff?’s Advisory Council)
*Have incorporated
*Initiated a Neighborhood Watch Program
*Cleaned and refurbished the cul-de-sac areas
*Been recognized for our efforts in Neighborhoods Magazine
*Added a new entry sign for the front of the Neighborhood
*Acquisition of NO SOCILITING signs for the Neighborhood
*Held neighborhood block BBQs
Our plans for the future include:
*Landscaping/beautification of common areas ?– to include the Parkway
*Neighborhood socials
We desperately need your support if we are to continue to improve the neighborhood.
Our annual dues are $50.00 per year and can be paid in two installments of $25.00. This equates to just $4.17 per month! There?’s not a better deal in town! What will you get for just $4.17 per month?
**A neighborhood that you are proud to live in
**A group of friends and neighbors who care about you
**Beautiful landscaping in the neighborhood

August 7, 2004 ?– Neighborhood Cookout
The Association sponsored a Neighborhood cookout. What a huge success it was. The weather was great, there were hotdogs, beans, slaw, chips, drinks and dessert for all. The kids received goodie bags too. It appeared that the neighbors in attendance enjoyed mingling and meeting their neighbors. Overall there were more than 50 neighbors in attendance.
