Vineyard of Mesa

Welcome to The Vineyard of Mesa Page

We are a small neighborhood located in a County Island. Our neighbors to the South, west, and North is the Dreamland Villa adult community. Not only are we not in the City of Mesa we do not have a homeowners association, a rare thing in the metropolitan Phoenix valley. Many of us here purchased our homes in this neighborhood specifically because there wasn't a homeowners association (myself included). I never wanted to pay money every month to a management company to tell me that my grass was 1/4" too tall.

There are some drawbacks to that lack of oversight. Most people take care of their properties because they want to live in a nice place. There are however some people who do not. When problems arise in these instances there are few places to turn when there is not an association or the city Code Compliance Department. There are options out there but the best long term solution is to work together with your neighbors to resolve issues before they become problems.

This page has been set up to help do exactly that. There is a (so far we hope) a small group of people who want to create a positive environment where things can be resolved without the need for things like associations. There is a message board (under the "talk about it" link) where you can post questions, comments, or concerns. We hope to have get togethers on a fairly regular basis so you can know who your neighbors are. Those will be posted in the community calendar section.

If you want to contact us directly you can do that by emailing us at vineyardofmesa@yahoo.com
