Vinings Neighborhood

Has there been any discussions or news about possibility getting rid of the apartments "The District at Vinings" behind the new Vinings Main Condominium and The Battery Town homes off of East Paces Ferry.  The residents at the apartment complex are loud and noisy during the late evening hours causing a disturbance almost every night.  They speed through the entrance gates blasting their music and make some of the homeowners around here nervous with their cursing and unruly behavior on occasion when walking through the community.  What if any actions can be taken to either improve the living experience for all who share this community?  It makes no sense knowing you have high end single family homes in this community next to an apartment complex who's tenants are loud and noisy with little respect for those who live around them.  I have found very little good feedback on the internet about The District at Vinings or The Elements at Vinings...their old name before management tried to reinvent their identity.
