Vinings Mill West is a community of 74 Homes built by Highland and Ryland Homes. The first homes in this community were constructed around January 1997. We are a Swim / Tennis community. Located near the intersection of Cooper Lake Rd. and South Cobb Dr. in Smyrna, GA.

Directions to Vinings Mill West

From North end: I-285; take I-285 West to Paces Ferry Rd. (exit #12), turn right go 1/4 mile to S. Atlanta Rd, Turn left and go 1/4 mile to Cooper Lake Dr. turn right on Copper Lake Dr. and we are located approximately 3/4 mile down on the right.

Vinings Mill West HOA, Inc. is a self-governing corporation established in accordance with the Georgia Property Owner's Association Act. Articles of incorporation filed with the Secretary of State and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Vinings Mill West, recorded in Cobb County, Georgia.

Purpose:

(In summary - for full detatils refer to ByLaws of VMWHOA, Inc.) - The Association shall have the responsibilty of administering the Property, establishing means & methods of collecting contributions to the common expenses, management of the property & performing all others acts that may be required. These responsibilities shall be performed by the Board of Directors as set forth in "EXHIBIT 'B' BYLAWS OF VININGS MILL WEST HOA, INC.
