POOL & TENNIS COURT RESERVATION PROCESS

POOL RESERVATIONS

Following are the rules for reserving the pool:

1. Reservations must be made no later that (1) week in advance.
2. The PTS committee (e.g., Lori Rego) will be in charge of taking reservations and deposits.
3. There will be a $100 refundable deposit required for all reservations.
4. The pool may be reserved no more than (2) days during the week and (1) day on the weekend.
5. No reservations will be accepted on holidays.
6. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
7. The time limit on all reservations is (2) hours.
8. All residents are permitted to use the pool during reserved times.
9. Residents reserving the pool are responsible for clean-up and notifying the PTS committee (e.g., Lori Rego) for inspection when clean-up is completed.
10. Deposits will be refunded upon inspection.
11. No more than 25 persons are permitted at the pool for the event.
12. A sign should be posted as soon as possible to notify residents that the pool is reserved (including the specific date and time).

 TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS

The tennis courts will not be available for reservations. Time limit for play is 1½ hours, unless no one is waiting for the court. The tennis court will remain available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
