I'm a bit confused...I have received a violation warning for my lawn having weeds.  Granted, it does have weeds since the day after I put down the weed killer a torrential rain blew through and I imagine that all of my hard work drained down the road.  What I don't understand is that less than a block from my house, there is a car parked on the side of the road (a no-no) that has expired tags (also a no-no) that has been there for over a year without moving.  Am I the only one who has experienced this type of discrimination?
