How about sheds?

What are the rules anyway? I need a shed to store my riding lawn mower and kids toys and have heard conflicting opinions over whether I can put one up. I would appreciate an answer as how to do this correctly.

You're right, I too think that a purple basketball court is a little over the top but I also think that three story play-houses are in that same category. And, I've seen a lot of them towering over those fences. Maybe we should disolve the association and use the fees to take care of our own yards. Then we don't need to suck up to anyone.
