I moved to the neighborhood in July of 2003. I have always felt safe until recently. My house was broken into two weeks ago. Through my research, I found that three houses on my block alone have been broken into since Ocotber 2003 (one was hit twice-the second time was the same day as mine).
This is of great concern to me. Are there other break-ins that we as neighbors are not communicating about? We need to keep an eye out for one another. Please let me know if you have been burglarized in the past year. Had I known there had been instances, I would have taken more precaution. A lesson on my part as well - a bit too trusting.
