Could someone e mail me a copy of the VDM bylaws, please?

The link to the website is on this neighborhood Home page, under "External Links" to the City's neighborhood web page.  Choose Vista del Monte from the drop down menu of neighborhoods.  Our bylaws are at the bottom of our page there.
