I have received several inquiries from Vistas residents about speed bumps. Please give me your feed back/ suggestions about this issue. Do you want speed bumps,? How many,? Large or small?
After doing a little research I learned that speed bumps should not be put in until construction is complete because the large construction trucks will damage them. (They take about 3 to 4 weeks to cure.)
CNS Asphalt has given me an estimate of $350-400 for smaller bumps and $1500 for larger bumps.
If the HOA decides to put in speed bumps we will get several estimates.
