NEIGHBOORHOOD FACTS

This Association was created and formed in August 2002 for the express purpose of creating a neighborhood community of all the multi-family property owners in the area specified below. As of this writing, there is no charter, bylaws, or covenants. Most of the properties are 20 years old and built in 1983 and 1984.

The association name is WCMFOA, which stands for Walnut Creek Multi Family Owners Association. Specifically it is comprised of the multi family properties as listed in the next section called Property Statistics.

The general location is Northeast of IH-35 bordered by Braker Lane on the South, and surrounded by the communities of North Oaks, Hill Side, and Four Seasons on the East, West, and South.

Members of this association are specifically the Property Owners and or their designated managers or agents. Each member should also become a registered member of this site so that there shall be an equal and common means of communication among all the members. Approximately 29 Properties are owner occupied and the remaining owners live in other communities, cities, or states. With most owners living out of the area, this site is a perfect opportunity to share our ideas and thoughts.

In summary, there are 90 properties and 184 Family Units. Some owners may have more than one property, and at best count, there are 76 property owners.
April Dr and August Dr are long streets and have single-family units that are incorporated into other neighborhoods.

A Neighborhood Association For You

This neighborhood site is the begining of an association of property owners for the multifamily properties on Walnut Ridge Drive and the surrounding multifamily properties on Poplar Cove, Ash Cove, Hickory Grove, Nicole Cv, and part of April & August Drive. WCMFOA stands for Walnut Creek Multi Family Owners Assn. With your help and membership, we hope to achieve the means by which we can all stay informed of the status and changes affecting our properties.

This is an all volunteer endevour, and there is no cost associated with it. You are reading this because a property owners living in the neighboorhood, took it upon himself to find and contact you. Please look over and familiarize yourself with this site and try to imagine how it could help you and the rest of us to become better aware of our properties and investments.

Join Us!

Right now, all we need is for everyone to sign on as members (No Fees) and start using this site to your advantage. We need input and ideas on what we can do that will be of most benefit to the group as a whole, and we need to maintain the site with current information. Of course, we would like all property owners and or their managers to become members of this association- It's easy, It's FREE. Click on the "Become A Member" section, and fill out the necessary information. Only the site coordinator receives your information. Once you are verified as an owner or property manager, you will recive a response and instructions giving you full access to the site.
