5. President?’s Report
5.1. In Christina?’s absence, Darrick reported that at the February meeting of the Land Use and Zoning Committee Meeting of Community Board 4 Swing 46th had requested a zoning change on West 46th Street Between 8th and 9th Avenue to make it able to have dancing in their facility. Numerous residents from 46th street went to this meeting to express their concern regarding this request as it could invite the establishments of nightclubs as of right, with all its negative consequences. Allison Tupper elaborated.

7. Unfinished Business
7.1. Clinton Special District Coalition- John Fisher, a representative from the Coalition updated us on the proposed stadium and the City?’s ?“Far West Plans?”. John introduced a broader perspective that covered the following topics:
7.1.1. Covering of rail beds;
7.1.2. Stadium;
7.1.3. Extension of number 7 subway line;
7.1.4. Central business district; and
7.1.5. Expansion of the Javits Center.
8. New Business
8.1. In Christina?’s absence, Darrick reported that a member reported uneven sidewalk on the south side of the street by Yoshi Japanese Restaurant. 311 was called.
8.2. Jacob Tylov or 430 West 46th Street reported noise outside his building. Multiple parties have been heard shouting, ?“Hey Louie!?” Although drug activity is suspected, Jacob was soliciting assistance in getting ?“Louie?’s?” buzzer fixed. Scott Cohen suggested that he contact the managing agent.
8.3. Shep Greenberg reported buses are idling at the Ryan Chelsea Clinton Health Center. We will bring it to the attention of the Center?’s representative at the next meeting.
