Hello and welcome to the West Boulevard Neighborhood Coalition organized in 2002 and received 501c status in 2005. Dorothy Waddy is President of the Organization. The following neighborhoods are part of the Coalition: Arbor Glen, Barringer Woods; Bent Oaks Apartments; (old) Boulevard Homes; Capitol Drive; Clanton Park, Little Rock Apartments; Kingspark Apartments; Pinecrest, Ponderosa, Reid Park; Revolution Park; Roseland Apartments; Sandhurst Apartments, Tyvola Crossing, Westover Hills; Wingate and West Boulevard.
