West Dale Estates Neighborhood

West Dale Estates was built in the early 1970's.
There are 84 homes here, within our boundries.
As the crime, speeding traffic, gang activities,
vandelizum, and neglectful deterioation began to grow. Our concerns for our neighborhood and families did also.
In May of 2002, we got organized and became a
Registered Neighborhood with the City's Neighborhood Partnership Office.
We now hold monthly meetings at a local near by
School. Inviting various Officals throughout the
City of Glendale, to speak with us.
As of Nov 12th 2002 we were also Registerd with the Glendale Police Departments Neighborhood Watch Program. We have had neighbor's donate the needed sum of $100.00 to purchase our(4)NW signs.
We plan to continue educating ourselves with the
knowledge brought to us, by each guest we invite.
It has been a rewarding and fascinating expereince watching neighbor's join and work
together.
We now realize, that we are not alone!

A valued sence of awareness and security has
arrived here, at West Dale Estates.

West Dale Estates Neighborhood

Our neighborhood was registerd with the City of
Glendale's Neighborhood Services Division in May
2002. We have 84 homes within our boundries.
We are working together to enhance our quality of
life.

"Because we don't want to have to move, to live in a better neighborhood".

West Dale Estates Neighborhood Watch

As a organized registerd neighborhood, we have now Started our Neighborhood Watch Program. With the help of the Glendale Police Department. This will be in effect after November 12, 2002.

"Putting the Neighbor back in our Neighborhood".
Is what we are working on.

Congradulations West Dale Estates!
We have collected the needed $100.00 to purchase
(4) NW signs. One will be placed at each enterance to our Neighborhood. The request has been mailed. We can look for them this Febuary.
