How To Become A Member

To apply for membership ONLINE, Click below to return to the West Flushing Civic Association Homepage.

Under "Neighborhood Information," Click on the third item, "Become A Member."

To Become a Member OFFLINE, also go to the "Become A Member" site, but instead of entering the information into the computer, write the required information on a piece of paper, and mail it to the address provided, along with a check for the appropriate amount of dues ($20 for individuals and families, $200 for businesses).
