Windfield Homeowners Association

I would like to inform you that a major portion of our associations funds are spent on common area appearance. I would like some suggestions on:
1.) landscaping in public areas
2.) entry gates
3.) community roads
4.) community street lighting
give me some other suggestions.

I am all for spending some of the funds on entry gates with access code only entrance. I really want the community to be safe for all of our kids!
