Hoa issues
I have a neighbor with a two year old. I also have a neighbor with an 18 month old AND a set of six month old twins. Neither one of these neighbors has a problem abiding by the CC&Rs. One puts their trash can behind the fence and the other puts it in the garage. Their homes are very nicely kept and an asset to the community. If they can do it, why can't you?

Please re-read my message. My statement was ''the playground equipment may not be the best, and some may be deteriorated...'', I then go on to state ''but think what it would be like if the Association did not make efforts to maintain it.'' In no way can this be inferred that the Association is not making its best efforts to provide safe and operable playground equipment. You have really attempted to stretch your mis-quoted statement into a tool that you can use to address some obvious frustrations that the Association probably hasn't been informed of. Attend the monthly meeting, or write a letter and let them know if you have concerns about the common area safety or health hazards. They are trying to do a good job, give them a chance.

YOU IGNORANT SLUT! Dont threaten us with your dirty diapers. There is nothing terrible about our hoa, its here to protect us from homeowners like YOU!
