the hoa does not seem to be concerned with homeowners that do not keep their trees and bushes attractively maintained. look around and you will see overgrown, unshaped trees and bushes.while im at it, there are homeowners out there that have not finished spreading their gravel along the sides of their homes.whats up with that?
