Thanks...

Thanks for posting that...
And I would like to tell Dave, Thanks for all your input on these boards. I see your name more than any other boardmember, so that's an obvious sign that you actually care about what's going on...
Maybe you could convince some of the other members to have more input on these boards...

Thanks again...

Thank you!

No Max, thank you!

Your words are much appreciated!

I do care about the community and I care even more to help people learn, understand and acquire the knowledge they need to also contribute to the community.

Many people are not familiar with a Homeowners Assocation. For many families, this is their first experience in a HOA. Many people don't care about what happens. Some people may have a negative attitude without ever attending a Board meeting or trying to understand how the HOA works. A handful show up to the meetings to voice an opinion and an even slimer few attend on a monthly basis. I believe our average attendace at the Board meeings is about 10 residents. We have 1600+ plus homeowners in West Point.

My goal is to get residents active. Participation. Input. This isn't an ''us vs. them'' establishment. This is about 1600+ homeowners coming together as a whole and ALL working together to better our community.

There are many misconceptions on what the Board of Directors is all about. I aim to change those perceptions, get residents to participate and all work together.
Correction?

Mr. Sobelman,
September 21 is a Saturday. What is the correct date of the meeting. Also, I need to point out that I think it is inappropriate and disrespectful that you talk about fines that have been imposed on specific addresses. Isn't that illegal? I believe that you could be sued for defamation of character. Better watch what you say, Mr. Sobelman...It could get you caught up in some legal trouble.
