We received a letter from the new HOA about the chicken wire that we have across the bottom 3 feet of our view fencing to keep our small dogs from getting out. Is there anyone else who received this notice? I would like to start a petition for a variance for everyone who has this issue to be presented at the next board meeting. Please email me at
