We are located on the Westside of Los Angeles in Rancho Park.
We are approximately 2 miles south of UCLA, 1 mile west of Century City, 2 miles west of Beverly Hills and 4 miles east of Santa Monica Beach.
The Westside Pavilion shopping mall, 20th Century Fox Studios, two parks, library and Rancho Park Golf Course are located in our community.
Neighboring homeowner associations work together with elected officials and the business community to improve the quality of life of this community.

About our association

Our Beginning

West of Westwood HOA was founded by Sara Berman and Terri Tippit in May 1985 as a tool to address the concerns of the neighborhood.

Our mission statement is to improve the quality of life for the members of our association.
