After reviewing the so called benefits it looks as if some of them are benifits we already have at our disposal and as a whole may limit or lengthen the processes we now have in place for people who dot live up to their obligations.Before we vote on this ballot we are researching into this further so we can make an informed vote. Any input would be appreciated.If you know any contacts at any other communities it could be helpful to get their input.

In response to my first comment i have found through my conversations with Hawthorne Management that there are only three provisions on the ballot that we presently do not have access to, the other nine are currently in our association declaration.The 3rd,5th,and 11th items are new and appear to be of a possitive value to the community. Any further input will be appreciated so we can make an informed decision.
