Aerobic exercise is best taken in company, in my experience. At least, I have a hard time getting myself to walk by myself every day. I imagine walking for half an hour or 45 minutes starting at noon, Monday through Friday, or Monday, Wednesday Friday, around West Berkeley, Aquatic Park, or whatever. If there is interest, I'll organize a first event and we can figure it out from there.
