During the last week we have had two sightings of a suspicious man in the alley between himount blvd and 49th street. On Wednesday night at about 10:00 P.M. a car was seen driving very slowly with its headlights out. When the driver realized he was being watched, he turned on his headlights and drove away very quickly. Today, a suspicious man was seen carrying a Club (steering wheel lock)and peering into cars parked on a drive way.
