Mr. Franklin,

1. The 6th street R/W between 31st Avenue and 27th Avenue is currently maintained by the Contractor on the construction project. In the future when construction is complete the County's streets and highway division will maintain the R/W within the limits previously specified.

2. FPL's cutting of the trees is performed by FPL, they cut the trees to protect their facilities. They currently do not get a permit from the County.

3. Please forward a written request for a noise wall, and I will submit it to the Director of the Engineering Division. Thank you. My name and address is noted below. Thank You

Question and Concerns on the 6th Street Project:
1. Who maintains the swale and the trees and how often?

2. Who has FPL cutting trees ? They are leaving trees butchered in our neighborhood. The appearances and if there's a heavy wind storm fence's and house's will be damage, who's responsible?

3.Residents that live along the 6th street north side are complaining about the noise from the the traffic. What do we do about getting a noise barrier wall install for noise?
