Youth Art Program Awards Kids At Christmas

On December 18, 1999, there was a children's Christmas Party at Paul's Place Outreach Center. This was a joint effort between WPNPC's Public Safety Committee, Paul's Place, and the Friends Seniors.
Eighty-five children attended the party. Two of the eleven children that participated in the summer youth art program were presented with a Citizenship Award for their hard work to improve their community.
Terry Van Tassel will insure that the other nine children that did not attend the party will receive their awards.
