Operation Relentless

Mar 21, 2000

This is a Southern District Baltimore Police initiative to make it more uncomfortable for people to come to our community to buy or sell drugs.

Residents are asked to observe and record the license numbers and description of cars seen doing the following activities.

1. Repeated driving around or through an area without a legitimately obvious reason.

2. Stopping the car and making contact with , or talking to, KNOWN drug dealers or prostitutes.

3. Drug exchanges or purchases.

Also, it would be ideal to get a description of the people in the cars.
With this information, CALL 410-354-3430 and speak with Agent Hands. He will generally be reachable from 9 am to 5 pm. Since this is a private line, you may not always reach him, BUT KEEP TRYING! Anyone calling does NOT need to leave their name or contact information. Just give the license and description of the car and driver.
The police will then notify the registered owners of the cars, by mail, that we are aware of the suspected illegal use of their cars.
