As my point before here we go again a landscaper some one don't have their facts straight again!!!!!! John....  My violations was corrected when called upon can you say the same???  My point is I was willing to correct the issue but you insist that you will abide by your set of rules..  Think someone should call city on wood beside your house that draws mice and other bugs tacky looking. Oh by the way if your neighbors really wanted to push the issue of camper and boat city ordinance states no recreational vechiles allowed in public view. Look one of your last post you called me a name grow up. I have a few for you but more adult about it and don't post them on the web site.

As for running the HOA I know the other members involved and myself have done a great job. The scenario is the house is still mine if i'm their or not until sale is final. I was always  a happy person even with the few bad ones in the community. My door was always open to everyone and I had alot of people come to me. Some say I made the rules up for me hum let me see oh other home owners also voiced their opinion's on the matter. My business and my people skills are great beyond my own business. I have guided others to success. But  the community needs to pull together and read the rules and understand them more clearly. The city approved those rules and when you or anyone else bought your homes you agreed to follow them as well. If you get caught speeding guess what your going to get a ticket. Thats breaking the rules just as the rules of your community are being broken. So when the board tries to write up the violators then they say I'm doing as I want. If you want to live in a house that don't have covenants then you should look before buying.

Your a legand in myour own mind aren`t you? A regular Lee Iacocca. With your buisiness and people skills you should be running as major corporation not waiting for forclosure.

I know this sounds harsh or like I am kicking someone when they are down but I am just responding in kind. I would not wish that on anyone.

There once was a long narrow bridge in a very secluded area, but used very frequently by the members of two small communities that lived close by. The man on the north side of the bridge decided to go and visit some of his friends and take some goods to share as well.  As he started walking, about half way through, he was starting to get weary from his travel. His load was very heavy and decided to take a short rest.  After his rest he picked up his goods and started again on his way.  As he was walking, another man from the south side of the bridge was coming and he also had goods to take across to the north side and was taking a stroll across it quite well.

Both men met half way in the middle of the very narrow bridge carrying their loads.  The man from the north stated to the man from the south about how heavy his load was and that he needed to get by.  The man from the south stated that his load was heavier and that he should put his things down so that he may pass.  The man from the north tried to reason with the man from the south, because in all actuality he had a bigger heavier load to carry.  The man from the south insisted still that his load was the biggest and heaviest and was not going to give up his ground on being able to pass first.

The man from the north, being the wisest in his town, decided to put down his heavy load and let the man from the south pass, knowing that the battle was going to continue on for a long time if he did not do so and would interfere with getting across himself and would weaken him more if he stayed to argue his point.

The man from the north put his things aside letting the man from the south pass and he was finally able to accomplish his task of getting to the other side himself.
