Just out of curiosity, How much of our money was used on the stone around the lakes? Why were we not consulted before a major expenditure? Why were the people who live on the lakes asked what they would like? As I see it no one on the board even lives on the lakes. I am guessing in the. eighborbood of $10,000 with the electrical hookups.

I think the stone looks great. My concern is the choice of delivery routes. I thought there was an easement for access to the pond for such projects rather than tearing up the yard of a neighbor trying to sell their house.

I think it looks nice, but yes agreed, we should of been consulted before tons of money was spent.. If we have so much surplus and can keep a attorney on retainer, why can they not lower the $250 yearly fees, instead of wasting our money?? |

It does look OK. Is it worth the money they spent. There still has not been an accounting of the expenditure. I do believe we have a right to know. This amount regardless of how it looks is a major expenditure. I am sure it was thousands. This is something that should have been voted on at a general meeting after it was posted that there would be a vote on this issue. There should have been a bid process. Different options should have been presented to the residents who live on the lakes. Just saying.
