I'm trying to add Mediacom sevices to the front bedroom. Are we allowed to run cable from the outside of the house?  The room is smaal and we'd like to use it as a den. I can't find my community guideline and I can't get a hold of anybody.

Call Brett Lang @ 623-241-7373 and talk to him about it.  Also, you can go to "http://oasis125.eunifycentral.com/default.asp" to log on to your oasis account.  Once logged on, you can view all the cc&r's.  If you can be a little more specific on what you want to do with the cable, ie, where its comming from, how you are going to run it, etc...one of us here may be able to help you.
