Wellington Homeowners Assoc.

I am really concerned that we have little cars drive around Wellington citing people for mailboxes that need a bit of  paint or  garbage cans that are left infront of their garages yet we have homeowners who cant cut their grass until it it is 10 inches tall!!  Or homes that have let their landscaping go and homes are peeling paint.  Can we ask people in the neighborhood to keep up their homes and land??  A particular home comes to mind on Saxonbury Way and Mallard Dr. a white house, it use to be beautiful - not any more.

Of course there are others in our neighborhood.  So please have that little car check them also.

I am also concerned with the cars parked on the grass on Netherhall. It makes the neighborhood look like a trailer park. Isn't there a restriction about this?

Either park the cars on the street or build a pad alongside the driveway to accomodate the vehicles.
