I am trying to get the name and phone number of the developer that bought Hatcher's property. The Clayton County Mapping department still show Vera Hatcher as the owner of Parcel #1244BA1. The Clayton County Planning and Zoning department does not have any new land plans for this property yet. Marlene advised me to follow up with them weekly in continued efforts to obtain this information.
I called Tom with the Safe Dams Program to see if he has the developer information, since he has to re-submit the administrative order to them. Tom said that the property was actually sold last week between 5/23-26. Now Tom is waiting to hear from the law firm to get the developer's name and contact info. I asked Tom to call me with the developer's info as soon as he received it and he agreed.
I have another call into Leron Rogers, the attorney, to find out the cost/process involved to start a civil suit.
