It seems to be a weekly event at least for the kids fighting and most with weapons. How do we stop them before someone gets killed like in Providence?

Things are coming ...but neighbors can now call when they see any - something suspicious and nip the stuff in the bud. I am sure we would rather have some false alarm calls to the police to check vs the ambulance or the coroner to pick up a body.

Start a peace college

Dear John Hope,

Maybe Pawtucket would be the perfect spot for a peace college, an institution where peaceful methods through History, Social Work, Sociology, and Hip Hop Music and other courses could be taught. After all, the United States promotes war colleges, why not peace institutions?
