Currently we are running on a zero based budget. For 2011 we were low on funds to cover the lawn care cost for entrances and green belt. Dues are $75 for all residents.

The Board would like to hear from you on what your thoughts are for future improvements/projects to Westcliffe. In 2007 we were able to install electricity and lighting to the Westcliffe sign. more
