Westbury North NA

I am wondering about the pool in Westbury North addition, and if memberships are available to the whole community there or just around the pool area?

The pool area belongs to another neighborhood association. They are not a pert of Westbury North N/A.

Really?  Because the sign on the pool gate says Westbury Vista AND Westbury...

The Pool is for Westbury Vistas HOA residents only. It was asked many years ago if Westbury North residents could pay a fee to use the Westbury Vistas Pool and because of the size of the pool, it could not accomidate that many people in the Westbury North Sub-Divison and Westbury Vistas, so the measure was voted down. It also became a issue of liability of non HOA homeowners using the facilities.
