The first step I have been working on is within the ''system.'' Roger Johnson, Deputy Director of LAX has been getting the LAX Noise Management to monitor our area and to attempt to establish the true sources of the excessive noise. Once identified we will be able to get each ''problem area'' addressed. This is by no means the final solution, but it is a start. We need everyone to start bombarding our Congressmen that the FAA needs to be forced to do its job and that noise level penalties should be imposed.
