Why enforcement?

Why? The purpose of our Association Covenants, By-Laws, Rules and regulations is to provide a basis for protecting our members equity in Westcliffe and provide the framework within which we all can live in harmony. We must enforce the communities Covenants, By-Laws, Rule and regulations in a fair, diplomatic and consistent way. By doing so we are protecting property values, enhancing the desirability, attractiveness and promoting our community.

What about my boat?

Yes, it is summer boating season. The rule applied here is in your covenants. If you want to park your boat at home, you may do so provided it is in the garage. It can be left in the street or driveway "temporary" for less than 24 hours. So, either park the boat in accordance with our covenants or leave it at the marina or storage facility please!

What about my trailer or motor home?

Trailers and Motor homes are in the restrictive covenants. So are Recreation Vehicles, Campers, Commercial Vehicles other than a pick-up truck or sedan and inoperable vehicles all can be treated in the same manner as boats.

What about outbuildings?

You are allowed an outbuilding as long as it is in accordance with the Covenants. Outbuildings can be no larger than 80 sq. feet and no taller than 6 feet 6 inches at it’s peak measured from the ground elevation to the peak of the roof.
