Thanks for the reminder. As you can see; I am determined to receive BBW's defense on some questions important to me; and equally to state my opinion on a few other subjects. Thanks for your tolerance; appreciated deeply. Someday, we will all celebrate this effort.

Thank you. Notice how these dollars have not been mentioned before; I am curious to see how these will be handled. Eleven and one half million is not small change.

To my knowledge; the 6.2 million will not be payed to Boulder County unitl we achieve county status. But neither of these values; to Boulder or Adams County were in the feasibility study; both are part of the attempt to win a majority in the State Assembly for passage of the amendment question.

No Prob Br Anon - comment to BBW

Br Anon, You can post anywhere you like - I will always look for you and enjoy your posts.

BBW - on the topic of BFCC forming a group as citizens:
Law (I think Title 1, Article 45 - but it's not w/ me right now to check)says that the constitution shall be ammended by private citizens (or something like that). It also says that this is not intended to prevent people in office from becomming involved as private citizens. So - no, it's not illegal.

But, when an issue committee forms to ammend the constitution, and that committee is almost completely made up of city officials (and their families) - then that seems to be the city officials taking advantage of a loop hole in the Fair Campaign Practices Law.

I have a feeling you all know that is exactly what was going on there.
