However, if you and this other group of jail haters do get sued over making irresponsible statements and defaming someone's character, it may make you think before you continue with your hate march especially if you are looking at monetary damages. you will have to put your money where your mouth is.

To All: About John and Oliver

Since John and Oliver have continued to barrage us with insults and oratories about our ineptitude; we have all encouraged them to provide facts and dates; given them the resources to find by name; and still they persist.

I have decided that John and Oliver are ASSETS to the goals of CVLEG. Since they promote themselves as the opposition to our purpose; I encourage all of you to read how they are portraying themselves on this board: conveyors of derogatory slurs, insulting names; defamation of characters, uneducated in political process; and yes; supporters of the BFCC in this action. Ask yourself, is this the person you want promoting your cause to defeat Ref 199. Personnally, I would not want either John or Oliver on the campaign trail for me. This could be the catalyst we need to encourage both interest in signing the petition; and a "yes" vote on Ref. 199 in 2000. By all means, I encourage both John and Oliver to continue their participation on this board. Soon, they will need a thesaurus to discover new derogatory names and comments; as they seem to have only a few (very ineffective ones, I might add) in their rather limited vocabulary. By the way John, don't assume you know my gender; if you are looking for a "she"; well, I cannot be found as a "she". Enjoyed the laugh, though. Thank you for your sense of humor.

Why Broomfield is Wrong

Yes, it is true, there where hearings held in which all could participate. But let me tell you, had I known about the hearings I would have been there. And the reason I did not know they held was because the postings were only at the State Capitol. That means, I would have had enough insight to keep track of what was happening at the capitol. The proponents of the campaign lied over and over they gave the impression that the citizens have voted on this county issue. They mislead our senate and house representatives and nobody was there to blow their cover. If the proponents would have said that the residents had only voted on a study in 1996, then our representatives could have asked about if any public hearings after the feasibility study. They did not because they were mislead and I found this out by listening to the tapes. I contacted these representative and even have recorded messages which said, we were led to believe the citizens already voted on this, I am sorry, there is nothing I can do about it now, had I known, I would have voted no. This was unethical practice by Broomfield officials and the state capitol nows they were taken advantage of!
