2) Please identify yourself or at least your ties to Broomfield officials.

3) Please provide any source of documentation on the "hundreds" of public meetings that occurred during the process of forming the combined city and county of Broomfield.

4) Please cite any tangible benefit that Broomfield citizens would enjoy under a new county.

5) Please explain why Broomfield officials, not ordinary citizens like us, are the only people who have ever debated with us in favor of the county status.

6) Please tell us who paid for the team of corporate lawyers that flanked DiCiero and Ozaki acting as "private citizens" at the title hearings for the repeal initiative.

7) Please officially confirm or deny that a consolidated school district was ever a primary campaign promise by Broomfield officials during the campaign to form the city/county of Broomfield.

8) Please provide the latest figures for the annual sales and corresponding revenue that Broomfield officials are predicting for the new mall.

9) Please confirm or deny that the projected cost of forming the city/county of Broomfield has already doubled and continues to increase with still more than two years before the county status is initiated.

10) Please confirm or deny that the first feasibility study of forming the city/county of Broomfield specifically outlined that taxes would have to be increased in order to cover the expense of forming and operating what would become the smallest county in the continental United States.
